TeleCase Management
Telephonic Nurse Case Management provided entirely using phone and email. An effective nurse case management utilization, without the travel charges.
HybridCase Management
An "in between" option that requires our nurses to attend essential visits in person and complete nonessential visits on a HIPAA compliant virtual platform.
FullCase Management
The classic "nurse in the field" option! Our assigned nurse case managers will attend all visits and provide monthly reports with appointment reviews and treatment recommendations.
CatCase Management
Catastropic trained NCMs will provide onsite coordination of complex care between multiple treating providers, complete daily on site evaluations while injured workers are hospitalized, and provide daily updates to the team. 60-day max.
Our Case Managers are provided training and quality assurance from a nurse case manager with over 30 years of experience in workers' compensation. All files are monitored rigorously to ensure quick communication and efficient return-to-work practices.
