Who We Are

My Net RN was founded over a decade ago to provide comprehensive case management services to the Colorado community and beyond. We are nurse-managed, nurse and woman-owned and licensed across the country. Our nurses help clients through the worker’s compensation experience with compassion and expertise. We know the process, we know the industry and we know how to create strong partnerships with medical staff, claims adjusters and employers. We are also advocates for our partners in the industry.

Our services offer a customized response to our injured workers and cost savings to our clients. Early intervention and early return to productivity on each and every referral has always been our focus.

Patricia S. Carothers

BSN, RN, MS, CCM
President/Owner

Patricia is the President and Owner of My Net RN, Inc. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and has focused on case management for the last 25+ years with an emphasis on Worker’s Compensation. With a MS in Sports Medicine, she has extensive expertise with various injuries and conditions including catastrophic trauma.

Sarah Gamet

Director of Operations

Sarah has been working for My Net RN as the Director of Operations for 7 years. With 10+ years of customer service experience and her Scrum Master Certification, Sarah has agility while leading our team of nurses through all referrals. Sarah is also a Certified Disability Management Specialist which gives her the opportunity to manage cases from start to finish. Sarah is focused on creating innovative approaches to case management services by providing performance-driven methodologies and ensuring cost-effective techniques.

Lucinda Diess

Quality Assurance Specialist

Lucinda has been working as Quality Assurance Specialist at My Net RN since January 2023. She excels in time management, timely communication, and problem solving. After her graduation from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Psychology, Lucinda is now working towards becoming a Certified Disability Management Specialist.

Nolan Carothers

Account Executive

Nolan joined the My Net RN team as the marketing and account specialist. He has his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Neuroscience and has a strong passion for all things communication. Nolan is renowned in the industry for his customer service and liaison expertise. He has an innate ability to easily handle any issue, big or small. He has also recently earned his CCM!
